Does this address get NACA's location discount?
With NACA, the census tract a home sits in can change your rate. Above a certain income, it changes where you can buy. Type an address to see which side of the line it's on.
How the rule works
- At or below the area median income: NACA's extra 1% discount applies wherever you buy. The tract doesn't matter.
- Above the median: the extra discount applies only in tracts at or below 80% of the Richmond-area median. Elsewhere you get NACA's standard below-market rate.
- Above 120% of the median: NACA lends only in tracts at or below 100% of the median.
ZIP codes and neighborhood names don't follow tract lines, so check every address. For the full story, read NACA and census tracts: why the address can change your rate.

For education only. It isn't a loan application or a credit decision, and only NACA decides your bracket, rate and eligibility. Tract levels: FFIEC 2024–2026 census tract data. Address lookups: US Census Bureau and Virginia's VGIN address points. The tract level describes how NACA prices a loan; it says nothing about a neighborhood or who lives there. Independent educational session. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA). Program terms, rates and eligibility are set by NACA, can change, and not every applicant qualifies. Hosted by Martin Kurylowski, REALTOR®, a past NACA buyer and referral partner, not a NACA employee.
