What we collect

When you register: your name, email, optional phone number, how you heard about us, anything you ask us to cover, and your answers to the follow-up questions. Homebuyer Basics also asks when you'd like to buy. The NACA intro session asks, optionally, how you'd like to be reached, when your lease ends, the areas you're looking in, and whether you've been to a NACA workshop.

If you do the prep homework, everything you type stays in your own browser. We only receive the summary you choose to send.

We never ask for income, account numbers, Social Security numbers or financial documents, and you shouldn't send them through this site.

How we use it

The presenters of your session see your registration: for Homebuyer Basics that's Martin Kurylowski and the lender co-hosting it; for the NACA intro session it's Martin Kurylowski alone. We use it to send your confirmation, reminders and follow-up, and to prepare the session. We contact you by phone or text only if you checked that box for that person.

Martin Kurylowski keeps his contacts in a customer database (Follow Up Boss). NACA intro sign-ups go into it, as do Homebuyer Basics registrations where you asked him to follow up. Your phone number goes in only if you agreed to calls or texts from him. A lender's follow-up request goes only to that lender.

We don't sell your information. Registrations are deleted from this site automatically 12 months after the session.
